It's the fist day of August.  Can you believe it?  (I don't want to believe it.)  That means it's already time to get organized for healthy energizing meals now that the kids will be back in school.  My "organized" plan typically works for me for about two weeks after school starts and then it's back to eating out after school sporting events and seeing what I can find in the freezer because I don't feel like cooking.  But, it makes me feel better to think I'm organized and ready for the back-to-school-craziness to begin.  I hope that this meal planner will help you come up with meal ideas for your family, too.

I created a Google calendar so I can access it on my phone when I'm at the store and I can see what I've got planned for the week. For the menu items that have recipes online, I've included the link for you. Simply click on the menu item on the calendar, then click on the "Description" link. That will take you to the recipe.
