It seems I go in phases when it comes to cooking.  I'll have months that I don't want to cook at all and it seems like such a chore.  Then I'll have months where I'm totally organized and prepared with dinner and even dessert each night.  Perhaps some of it has to do with the fact that I finally took the time to sit down and create a monthly menu for June.  (See my June meal plan with recipe links HERE.) 

One of the recipes I found for my menu plan was Easy Fry Bread.  Most new recipes I try are just okay or total failures.  Easy Fry Bread was DE-LI-CIOUS (probably because it's not exactly healthy).

The recipe uses only three ingredients and take about 5 or 10 minutes to make.  Perfect for busy week nights.  You can find the recipe HERE.  

BONUS:  If you switch out the parmesan cheese and garlic salt for powdered sugar they taste just like funnel cakes!
