It seems I go in phases when it comes to cooking. I'll have months that I don't want to cook at all and it seems like such a chore. Then I'll have months where I'm totally organized and prepared with dinner and even dessert each night. Perhaps some of it has to do with the fact that I finally took the time to sit down and create a monthly menu for June. (See my June meal plan with recipe links HERE.)
