What do you do when you have two huge bowls of fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers and fresh cilantro from the garden setting on your counter? Make homemade salsa, of course.

My son would eat an entire batch of this salsa in a day if I would let him. And that's saying something for a boy that doesn't like vegetables. As long as I blend the vegetables so there are no chunks, he loves it. It works for me. I've tried several fresh salsa recipes, but I like THIS ONE the best.  It's great because it calls for canned tomatoes so you can make it in the winter if you want.  I wanted to use my fresh tomatoes so I substituted three large and one medium tomato for a batch.  So good!  Now, if the tortilla chips were just healthy.
