The "beer fridge" is home to various bottles of liquor that have been acquired at one time or another over the years and never used. My mission this summer is to try a new cocktail every Friday using the liquor that's taking up space in our garage refrigerator. This week's cocktail is the Strawberry Mojito and features strawberries and mint from our garden and light rum purchased for $1.87 US dollars in Honduras two years ago that was yet to be opened.
