It's the worst feeling.  Everyday.  Four o'clock rolls around and I realize I didn't thaw any meat and I have no idea what to cook for dinner.  Why?  I hate trying to come up with ideas every single day on the fly.  I finally had enough and took an afternoon over the holiday weekend and to plan out a month's worth of meals like I used to do.  For the next 30 days, I can enjoy not stressing over nightly meals (providing I can force myself to go to the store - my next least favorite thing to do).  I thought I would share my monthly meal plan and recipe links with you in the event you experience that same pit in your stomach around 4:00pm each day.  Here's to feeling prepared, if only for the next month.
